gardening is healing
Gardening has become one of the most grounding parts of my life. My love of gardening started with propagating indoor plants, which for someone with ADHD and a propensity to do everything on impulse, I have been forced to wait many months to see the fruition of earlier labor. The Ocean & The Blue Mind
Whether it is walking its shores, surfing its waves, or diving deep under it, I have never needed any convincing that being around, above or under the sea is uplifting. Learning about why the ocean is a spiritual place to me is opening up so many more topics to unpack!
